Every activity, therapy session and interaction is designed to promote wellbeing, encourage independence and help each individual achieve their personal goals.
While we take our responsibilities seriously, we believe support should also be enjoyable.

Two Welcoming Locations in Middlesbrough
TASC operates from two accessible locations, allowing us to offer a broad range of facilities and activities for our members.
Our Acklam Road centre is home to our specialist hydrotherapy pool, therapy facilities and activity spaces, while our East Middlesbrough Events Centre provides additional opportunities for community events, social activities and inclusive programmes.
Both locations are designed to provide safe, welcoming environments where members can enjoy fulfilling experiences while receiving high-quality support.
Life at TASC
No two days at TASC are ever the same.
Members might spend the morning taking part in hydrotherapy or Rebound Therapy, enjoy a freshly prepared lunch with friends, and then head into an afternoon of gardening, cookery, arts and crafts, sensory activities or a themed event. Throughout the year we also organise community outings, celebrations and day trips that encourage members to stay connected with the world around them.
Every activity is carefully planned to support physical health, emotional wellbeing, confidence and social interaction while ensuring members have fun along the way.
