SPONSOR OUR MINIBUSES!

TASC’s essential service to its 100 members wouldn’t be possible without the fleet of eight specialized minibuses. These vehicles are the heartbeat of our operations, covering over 3,000 miles each month across Teesside to provide essential transport tailored to our members’ needs.

However, maintaining this lifeline comes at a cost. Each minibus represents an investment of over £85,000, with annual repair expenses exceeding £16,500. As vehicles age, costs eventually outweigh their value, making regular replacement every ten years necessary.

TASC previously secured grants for a minibus, with charity reserves covering shortfalls. However, in 2025/26, TASC anticipates a significant deficit due to three key factors: an increasing number of service users with complex needs requiring more staff input; rising costs, including N.I., minimum wage, and transport expenses; and grant providers' reluctance to fund replacement vehicles. While service cost increases are being implemented, they won’t fully offset losses, leaving TASC with a challenging deficit that requires innovative solutions.

One of  TASC's solutions is to affiliate with businesses in the Teesside area and offer minibus sponsorship packages which provide the ability to engage with audiences on the move across the whole of Teesside area and beyond.

The package offers a weekly advertising cost of under £32 per week. Included in the first-year fee is the design of the advertisement and the production and application of the vinyl.

Unlike donations, you can deduct sponsorship payments from your business profits before you pay tax by treating them as business expenses.
